This page describes the features of this public website. It does not describe the data handling of a connected MyCrobo product account.

The concept preview

The preview runs locally in your browser. Its sample input and edited replies are not sent by the preview to a server, saved in browser storage or used to train a model. The examples are fictional.

The enquiry form

When you send an enquiry, the form transmits your email, any name and message you provide, and your selected interest to FormSubmit for delivery to info@mycrobo.com. The form includes a spam-check field. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or private conversation histories.

FormSubmit processes the submission through its service. See FormSubmit’s privacy information. You can instead use your email service to contact info@mycrobo.com.

Website delivery

Your browser requests pages and assets from the hosting service. This package adds no advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting and form-service processing are separate from the local concept preview.
